Our Human Resource Department

We employ a diverse human resource department bringing together a wide array of skill sets among our employees. This results in a construction team capable of completing large and medium construction projects on time, and on budget while still being able to achieve the highest quality standards.

We have some of the best and brightest human resource talent in the South African construction industry, and have formed industry partnerships with both local and international construction industry leaders. Through our available resources we can undertake a wide range of construction projects across South Africa and see it through to fruition. We also own state of the art equipment that is required to achieve the success of the construction projects we undertake.

We are confident that our list of completed projects certainly speaks to our ability and commitment to carry through any level project from start to finish, on time.

One of our biggest civil construction projects to date include the Basil Read (N1), with a contract worth of R5 million. We were responsible for the open lined concrete drains which included trapezoidal drains, side drains and median drains. We also constructed the crane base and laid the concrete work for the new toll gate. Through our industry partnerships and the expertise of our workforce, we were able to lay the storm water pipes and pack the median barriers and pre-cast U-drains.

Another of our big successes is the T NET (N1) Systems. The traffic stations at Mussina and Mokopane (Potgietersrus) project had a contract worth of R500 000 and we were tasked with installing traffic lights, traffic booms and erecting camera poles and light masts. We also did the concrete work for slabs, plinths and face brick work as well as the installation of pre-cast concrete covers.

These are only some of the civil construction projects successfully carried out by NauCrete.
